Castaldi Mourre & Partners and the new European Regulation on personal data protection

As part of its Incontri di via Savona  programme, Castaldi Mourre & Partners held a round table on the implementation of the new European Disclosure Regulation on personal data protection and data transfer outside the EU, on 23rd March in Milan. Professor Pierluigi Perri, Manuela Bianchi and Pietro Boccacini spoke about the new regulations to be adopted by all EU countries : risk analysis and evaluation of privacy impact, greater disclosure obligations and establishment of the Data Protection Officer.
