CastaldiPartners with Almeco Group

CastaldiPartners advised the Almeco Group in the sale of its former Goncelin production site to the Communauté des Communes Le Grésivaudan. The transaction took place over a period of 3 years and involved, inter alia, an important environmental component and a dispute before the Grenoble Tribunal Judiciaire with Satma PPC (former tenant, now in judicial liquidation) and Satma Industries (subsidiary of the Europlasma group and purchaser of Satma PPC's assets).
