CastaldiPartners with Carizona

The Carizona Group announced the creation of Leaseway Italia, a new company that will offer short-, medium- and long-term rental services of replacement and courtesy vehicles for the automotive sector. Leaseway Italia has already established partnerships with Italian body shop networks and insurance companies to expand its business nationwide.

CastaldiPartners, with a team composed of Gaspare Dori, Alessia Oddone, Irene Malusà and Giulio Berrino, together with Altios International, assisted the Carizona Group in the legal and internationalisation aspects of setting up Leaseway, reconfirming the well-established economic relations between France and Italy.
