CastaldiPartners with ECM Group

CastaldiPartners advised the French multinational ECM Groupe in its first acquisition in Italy, boosting the group's presence in the Italian market and expanding its after-sales services in the industrial oven sector. The deal involved the acquisition of a majority stake in Vacuum, Service & Maintenance, which specialises in the maintenance of vacuum heat treatment industrial ovens.

The CastaldiPartners team, led by Gaspare Dori, was composed of Riccardo Gotti Tedeschi, Margherita Luppi and Irene Malusà. Sarah Barutti coordinated the legal aspects with the support of Caterina Zerbi and Arianna Basso. Kremena Krasteva, Legal Director of the ECM Group, collaborated with CastaldiPartners throughout the transaction. The tax and financial audit was handled by Pirola Pennuto Zei and the transaction finalised before notary Margherita Vanoli.
