CastaldiPartners with Ellipse Animation

CastaldiPartners advised Ellipse Animation, a subsidiary of the French family group Média-Participations and a leader in content creation in Europe, in the acquisition of a majority stake in Studio Campedelli, an Italian production company founded in 2008 and the originator of famous animated series.

As part of this transaction, CastaldiPartners advised Ellipse Animation with a team led by Anne-Manuelle Gaillet and composed of Anna Lisa Sepich for corporate M&A and Sarah Barutti for employment law aspects.
