CastaldiPartners with Groupe Adéquat

CastaldiPartners assisted Groupe Adéquat, one of the world leaders in recruitment and human resources services, in the acquisition of AxL Group, a pioneer in the provision of innovative HR solutions in Italy. This is the largest acquisition by Groupe Adéquat in its entire history, which began in 1987 in Lyon, France, and marks a significant step in the group's global strategy.

As part of this transaction, CastaldiPartners assisted Groupe Adéquat with a team led by Anne Manuelle Gaillet and composed of Anna Lisa Sepich, Irene Malusà on the corporate and M&A aspects and of Sarah Barutti for the labour aspects.
