Andrea Campilungo of CastaldiPartners advised the Italian group Chiappa, leader in the international civilian firearms sector, on the acquisition of the French company SAPL-Société d'Application des Procédés Lefebvre. This acquisition marks the entry of the Chiappa Group to the French market.

The transaction took place within the framework of SAPL's insolvency proceedings before the Alençon Commercial Court, with the authorisation of the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance,  given SAPL's role as a supplier to the French police force.
