CastaldiPartners with ProductLife Group in the acquisition of Intexo Benefit Company

A few months after the acquisition of Pharma D&S, ProductLife Group, a French multinational in the pharmaceutical services sector and a subsidiary of 21 Invest France, has carried out a second build-up operation in Italy with the acquisition of Intexo Società Benefit, which specialises in patient access and regulatory affairs consultancy in the healthcare area. This transaction allows Intexo to expand at a European and global level and strengthens ProductLife Group's position in the Italian market, expanding its service offering in market access.

CastaldiPartners assisted ProductLife Group for the Italian legal aspects, with a cross-border team led by Gaspare Dori and Steven Sprague, and composed of Antoine Chomette, Margherita Luppi, Irene Malusà and Alessandra Esposito Franciosi. Sarah Barutti and Caterina Zerbi took care of labour law aspects, while Giulia Cortesi handled intellectual property issues.
