CastaldiPartners with ProductLife Group for the integration of Pharma D&S

ProductLife Group, a French multinational pharmaceutical services company whose majority shareholder is 21 Invest France, has reached an agreement to integrate Pharma D&S, a Tuscan group specialising in services and consultancy for the Life Science sector. This operation will enable Pharma D&S to accelerate growth and geographic expansion, while strengthening its commercial strategies. It is the largest transaction carried out by ProductLife Group, which thus consolidates its position in Italy.

CastaldiPartners advised ProductLife Group on the legal aspects, with a cross-border team composed of Gaspare Dori, Steven Sprague, Leïla Haye, Margherita Luppi, Irene Malusà and Alessandra Esposito Franciosi. Sarah Barutti and Caterina Zerbi dealt with the labour law aspects.
