Focus Lyon: employment law news

As part of its ‘Focus Lyon’ series of meetings, CastaldiPartners organised a meeting on employment law news on 13 March, in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce for France in Lyon.

Ivan Callari and Audrey Iannaccone of CastaldiPartners focused on the latest legislative and regulatory developments, in particular the social measures included in the Finance Act for 2025, as well as the latest case law issued by the Cour de Cassation and the Courts of Appeal.
