Riccardo Gotti Tedeschi and Fabio Moretti appointed partners of CastaldiPartners

Riccardo Gotti Tedeschi and Fabio Moretti took over as partners in CastaldiPartners.

Riccardo Gotti Tedeschi acquired his professional experience first in Brussels, then in Milan and Rome, starting his career with BonelliErede and pursuing it with Gianni&Origoni, where he consolidated his expertise in corporate law and extraordinary transactions for fourteen years, mainly in the food and fashion industries, also in private-equity contexts and on secondment to Merrill Lynch Bank of America. He was later counsel in a firm where he set up a corporate and M&A practice. In the past few years he has also been involved in third-sector and sustainability issues.

Fabio Moretti was general counsel at Benetton Group and Giorgio Armani, and then joined IBM, where he had European responsibility as associate general counsel based in Paris in the public, M&A and IP sectors. Since 2005 he has been practising alongside leading fashion brands, with a focus on contract negotiation, IP issues and M&A transactions. Fabio Moretti is a member of the executive committee and director of relations with international institutions of the Union International des Avocats. He is Secretary General of the Venice Arbitration Chamber. After having served as President of the Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia, Fabio Moretti is currently President of the Conservatorio di musica Benedetto Marcello in Venice.
