Career

Before joining CastaldiPartners, Alessandra worked in an international law firm where she was part of the global Corporate M&A practice assisting industrial groups, corporate and financial entities on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.

Alessandra gained also relevant experience providing legal assistance in relation to corporate governance, real estate and contractual matters. She works in French, English and Italian.
