Giovanni Borgna and Andrea Bitetto, together with Livia Schizzerotto, General Counsel of the Arvedi Group, and Enrico Castaldi, Francesco Munari and Alessandro Dona, respectively, assisted the Arvedi Group and the Icop Group in connection with the sale of the Giuliana Logistics company.

This transaction, envisaged by the Program Agreement for the industrial conversion of the Servola - Trieste ironworks area, contributes to the implementation of the modernization plan for the steel plant of the Arvedi Group in Trieste. For the Icop Group, this acquisition represents a further strengthening of its presence in the foundations and special maritime works sector.
