CastaldiPartners with Archirodon

CastaldiPartners successfully defended Archirodon-Arab Contractors Joint Venture, Archirodon Construction (Overseas) CO. S.A. e The Arab Contractors Osman Ahmed Osman & Co by obtaining the rejection of the set-aside application of Damietta International Port Company S.A.E. in relation to two ICC awards.

By rejecting the annulment grounds, the Paris Court of Appeal in its decision of 25 April 2017 granted exequatur to both awards.
