CastaldiPartners with Kiloutou in the acquisition of Sticar S.p.A.

CastaldiPartners assisted the Kiloutou Group in the acquisition of Sticar S.p.A., a Padua-based company specialized in the rental of motorized aerial platforms and industrial lift trucks.

This operation will allow Kiloutou to continue its international expansion plan by strengthening its positions in Northern Italy. Sticar is, in fact, a key operator in the reference market present in Lombardy, Veneto, Piedmont and Emilia Romagna with 9 branches and a staff of 76 people.

The team of Castaldi Partners in charge of the operation  composed of Pietro Orzalesi, Sarah Barutti and Mélanie Perna, while the sellers were assisted by Antonio Pettinato of Riccoboni and Pettinato of Padua. The financial and fiscal aspects of the transaction were followed by PwC Transaction Services (with Giovanni Tinuper and Valentina Taddeo) and PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti (with Pasquale Salvatore and Alessandro Marzorati).
