CastaldiPartners with Stef for the acquisition of the Italian branch of Nagel-Group and a logistics platform

Stef Group, European leader in controlled temperature food logistics, has concluded the acquisition of the branches and activities of the German Nagel Group in Italy and Belgium, in addition to a strategic agreement for the supply of transport services by Stef to Nagel-Group in these countries. The entire transaction has been approved by the German Antitrust Authority (Bundeskartellamt).

As part of this transnational transaction, CastaldiPartners assisted Stef Group in the acquisition of the Italian subsidiary and a logistics platform in Nogarole Rocca (VR). The team of CastaldiPartners was composed of Gaspare Dori, Nicolò Nisi and Mélanie Perna, while Sarah Barutti acted for the labour law aspects and Lorenzo Cuocolo for the administrative law aspects.

Also for the purchasers, Russo De Rossa Associati followed the tax due diligence with partner Andrea Bolletta and Libera Martini.
