CastaldiPartners alongside Syscom-Prorep

Syscom-Prorep, a French company and market leader in the distribution and integration of electronic components for professional and industrial customers, has acquired the entire share capital of La Tecnika Due S.r.l., a company specialising in the distribution and supply of electronic components, through its affiliate Indra Investment SAS.

CastaldiPartners provided assistance to Syscom-Prorep throughout the entire transaction process, including conducting due diligence in the areas of contract law, corporate law and labour law, and drafting contractual documentation, such as the framework agreement for the sale of La Tecnika Due shares. The cross-border team consisted of Gaspare Dori, Antoine Chomette and Irene Malusà, while Sarah Barutti handled the labour law aspects.
