Castaldi Mourre & Partners assisted ICOP

Castaldi Mourre & Partners assisted the Italian civil engineering Group, ICOP, in the acquisition of several businesses from the French subsidiary of Presspali, a company in judicial liquidation specialized in the deep foundations sector. Thanks to this acquisition the ICOP Group, which is already well established outside its home market, particularly in Switzerland, Denmark and Germany, continues to develop its presence in the French market.
