Steven Sprague, partner of CastaldiPartners, has published "Civil Code - Fourth Book - Obligations - Title II : contracts in general, a comparative translation", realized together with Jean Steadman, Professor at Charleston School of Law.

The volume is a comparative translation of the second title of the Fourth Book of the Italian Civil Code, in a comparison between the Italian rules on obligations and the laws of England and Wales, the United States, Unidroit and CISG.
