CastaldiPartners with ProductLife Group

CastaldiPartners assisted ProductLife Group, a French multinational active in the biopharmaceutical services sector and controlled by the private equity fund 21 Invest France, in the acquisition of LifeBee, a group specializing in digital transformation, operational excellence, and compliance for the life science sector.

The CastaldiPartners team was led by Gaspare Dori and composed of Leïla Haye, Irene Malusà, and Alessandra Esposito Franciosi for the definition of the structure and implementation of the transaction, Sarah Barutti and Caterina Zerbi for labor law aspects, and Giulia Cortesi for intellectual property issues.
