Castaldi Mourre & Partners with the group Invivo in the acquisition of Agrindustria in Italy

Enrico Castaldi e Lisa Alice Julien assisted InVivo Nutrition et Santé Animales (InVivo NSA) in the acquisition of the Italian firm Agrindustria, a chemical and microbiological laboratory specialized in animal nutrition, human nutrition and in the wine industry.

The seller was assisted by avvocato Filippo Casarini, legal counsel in Modena.
