CastaldiPartners advises Magneti Marelli in the acqisition of SmartMeUp

CastaldiPartners, with a team led by Gaspare Dori and Steven Sprague, advised Magneti Marelli S.p.A. (FCA Group) in the acquisition of the French company SmartMeUp, specialized in the perception software sector for self-driving vehicles. The closing of the operation is scheduled for the last quarter of the year. The sellers were assisted by King & Spalding (with Laurent Bensaid) and by the investment bank Bryan Garnier.
