CastaldiPartners with Icop for the Benefit Company

Enrico Castaldi of CastaldiPartners advised Icop in the procedure to the Benefit Company model, which was managed internally by ICOP Counsellor, Giacomo Petrucco.

Icop has thus become the first Italian construction company and the 24th joint-stock company among the 256 benefit companies in Italy. As its common benefit objectives, Icop has chosen social sustainability, corporate welfare, the development of work-family reconciliation projects, support for international cooperation projects and support for territorial networks, and environmental sustainability.

The company name has become I.CO.P. S.p.A. Benefit Company.
