CastaldiPartners with Naxicap, ECF Group and CHS
After having assisted Naxicap Partners, ECF Group and CHS S.r.l. in the acquisition of Smile and Valuer, CastaldiPartners intervenes in a third build-up operation in Italy.
CastaldiPartners assisted ECF Group, a multinational company based in France and of which the private equity fund Naxicap is the majority shareholder, specialized in products and services for the professionals of the Ho.Re.Ca , and its Italian subsidiary CHS S.r.l., in the acquisition by the latter of the entire share capital of SDS S.r.l., an Italian company operating in the distribution, sale, and supply of consumables, cleaning products and other goods in the Ho.Re.Ca sector.
CastaldiPartners assisted ECF Group for the drafting and negotiation of the share and purchase agreement on the entire share capital of SDS S.r.l., with a cross-border team composed of Gaspare Dori, Leïla Haye and Irene Malusà, while Sarah Barutti handled all labour law-related aspects.
