CastaldiPartners with the Stef Group in the acquisition of Svat

CastaldiPartners assisted the Stef Group, European leader in temperature-controlled food logistics, in the acquisition of the remaining 51% stake in the SVAT Group, which has been operating in the transport sector in Italy for over 70 years and has specialised in temperature-controlled food transport and logistics for over 15 years.

As part of this transnational transaction, CastaldiPartners assisted the Stef Group for the legal aspects at all stages of the operation with a team led by Gaspare Dori and composed by Niccolò Ubaldini and Giulio Berrino, while Sarah Barutti acted for the labour law aspects.
