CastaldiPartners with the Stef Group in the acquisition of a stake in Svat

CastaldiPartners assisted the Stef Group, European leader in temperature-controlled food logistics, in the acquisition of a 49% stake in the SVAT Group, which has been operating in Italy for over 70 years in the transport sector and has specialised in temperature-controlled food transport and logistics for over 15 years.

The CastaldiPartners team, led by Gaspare Dori, was composed of Steven Sprague, Nicolò Nisi, Mariavittoria Liaci, Andrea Campilungo and Mélanie Perna, while Sarah Barutti handled the labour law aspects and Lorenzo Cuocolo the administrative law aspects.
