CastaldiPartners with the Stef Group

CastaldiPartners, with a team composed by Gaspare Dori, Andrea Campilungo, Lorenzo Cuocolo and Mélanie Perna, assisted the Stef group in the acquisition of a site in Basiano and in the conclusion of a real estate promotion contract with the developer Vitali. Thanks to this contract, a first in the panorama of the construction world in Italy, Vitali will create a new logistics platform on the Basiano site. The sellers (Vitali and Castello SGR themselves) were assisted by Antonio Gravallese.
