CastaldiPartners with Savino del Bene for the acquisition of Alpinea Shipping SAS

CastaldiPartners has advised Savino del Bene, a multinational company operating worldwide in international shipments and logistics support services, on the legal aspects of the acquisition of Alpinea Shipping SAS, a French company specialized in transportation and logistics for sensitive products (hide & skins, forest products, recyclable materials, oil & gas supplies).

CastaldiPartners team was composed of Gaspare Dori, Leïla Haye and Antoine Chomette, while Elisabeth Biget and Cécile Coppis acted for the labour and HR aspects.
