CastaldiPartners advises Sémences de France (Invivo Group) in the acquisition of Novasem Italia

Enrico Castaldi and Lisa Alice Julien advised Semences de France of Invivo Group in the acquisition of the Italian firm Novasem S.r.l.. Following an over 20 years lasting collaboration in the field of cereals in Italy, Novasem and Semences de France decided to strengthen their cooperation : therefore Semences de France acquired the entire share capital of Novasem S.r.l..

With this further acquisition, Semences de France pursues the deployment of its development and internationalisation strategy. The sellers advisers were Marco Carbonara and Domenico Patruno of Studio Di Tanno and Giorgio Governa of Governa Gissi e Associati.
