CastaldiPartners with Sunny Italia

Nicola Romano and Pietro Boccaccini of CastaldiPartners assisted Sunny Italia, a company with Asian control, in connection with the conclusion of its arrangements with the Spanish hotel chain Catalonia Hotels & Resorts for the management of Sunny’s 4 star hotel in Milan, due to open in 2018. The deal brings for the first time Catalonia Hotels & Resorts in Italy, assisted in this deal by Alexia Falco of Carnelutti.
