Claire de Bonnières joins CastaldiPartners after significant experience gained at Hogan Lovells and Willkie Farr specializing in Finance and then as in-house legal counsel of Auchan Holding with responsibility for the financial operations of the Group and of its foreign subsidiaries.

She mainly assists companies and investors in the financial aspects of M&A transactions, structured financing, real estate financing, equity transactions and debt restructuring.
