Julien Fouret at the ICC PIDA seminar on International Commercial Arbitration

Julien Fouret, of Castaldi Mourre & Partners, participated as a presenter at the ICC PIDA seminar on International Commercial Arbitration, which took place in Paris from September the 29th until October the 2nd of 2014. In this context, Julien held a conference on the Claimant's strategies and request for arbitration and then led several working groups on the different stages of an ICC arbitration procedure.
