New trends in ICC arbitration and mediation

Julien Fouret, Counsel at Castaldi Mourre & Partners, discussed the topic “Controlling time & costs in international arbitration” at the NEW TRENDS IN ICC ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION CONFERENCE held in Cyprus on the 29th of April 2014. The conference brought together businessmen, government representatives, lawyers, arbitrators, magistrates and academics involved in international trade and dispute resolution.
Julien provided an insight on the implementation, during the past two years, of the 2012 ICC Rules of Arbitration.
