International Arbitration

Paris is an international arbitration hub and our strong presence at the heart of the business district places us at the forefront of the international arbitration market and ideally placed to interact with other leaders in the field. Our arbitration practice was set up and led initially by Alexis Mourre. In 2015 Alexis became President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Our team comprises French, English, American and Italian lawyers and our successful track record reflects our strong advocacy skills and our command of each of these languages.
Our lawyers have been involved as counsel or arbitrators in more than 300 international arbitrations, not only at the CC, LCIA, SCC, VIAC, and CAM but also at other regional and international arbitration centers as well as at ad hoc arbitrations in a number of jurisdictions.
The clients we represent range from large multinational companies to medium-sized companies and operate in a wide range of industries and sectors. We have developed a particular focus on the infrastructure, energy and natural resources sectors and often deal with disputes involving joint ventures, post M&A issues and complex commercial contracts.
We have significant experience in assisting clients in arbitration-related litigation.
In all our matters we strive to avoid excessive cost and delay whilst at the same time providing our clients with creative and competitive solutions that meet their needs.
